We do not process consumer’s sensitive personal information.

Verification process

Upon receiving your request, we will need to verify your identity to determine you are the same person about whom we have the information in our system. These verification efforts require us to ask you to provide information so that we can match it with information you have previously provided us. For instance, depending on the type of request you submit, we may ask you to provide certain information so that we can match the information you provide with the information we already have on file, or we may contact you through a communication method (e.g., phone or email) that you have previously provided to us. We will only use personal information provided in your request to verify your identity or authority to make the request. To the extent possible, we will avoid requesting additional information from you for the purposes of verification. First, a little background:
I recently purchased an engagement ring through an online store, which I’ll summarize as being a not so great experience. It was a very deflating experience to spend a large sum of money on something that will be cherished forever, only to have receive it (brand new) with issues. However, I don’t want to spend much time on the negative because that would take away from what a great job was done here at Modern Jewelers.

My fiancé and I brought in the ring, which had some deep scratches on the inner part of the band (not sure how that happens on a brand new ring) and we were met by Sam, the owner of Modern Jewelers, as well as others in the store who I assume are his family. You’ll rarely meet a group of people who are as kind and positive and I can’t be more happy that we took the engagement ring here for a repair. The ring looks even better than it did when it was brand new – go figure.

My only regret is that we didn’t discover Modern Jewelers prior to purchasing the ring. Thankfully, we haven’t purchased our wedding bands yet, but now we know where to look. I’ll happily give my business to Modern Jewelers and the wonderful group of people there. Sam (and the others), thank you for a job well done!

I had an incredible service experience with Sam and Christina. They helped me design my own ring, celebrating the end of 2020. This is my first big jewelry purchase and they made it so special!

I asked lots of questions, he was very helpful and knowledgeable! Christina showed me lots of ring options with different designs and cuts. Sam showed me different colored stones, knew what stone I wanted and picked a beautiful aquamarine stone, great size and color based off one conversation. He also picked the best diamonds to add and really designed exactly what I envisioned. It’s really important in an investment like this for your jeweler to understand your vision and he definitely did! Much more beautiful than I expected.

Overall great people to do business with will come back again! Love love love this ring!

I went to Yelp and read Modern Jeweler review. I read about a story of custom making. So I went to Modern Jeweler on that day, with a desperate hope. And I told this story to Sam.

Sam listened to me for the whole story. When he said he can build a brand new one just like one I had, and this time, it will not break, I could not believe. I had a little tears in my eyes. I remember keep asking, “really? it’s not going to break?”  He explained to me that my original necklace chain was thin, and never meant to be for everyday use. And the way the old jeweler connected the heart part and chain was very easy to break. He spent time picking the base necklace with me, he gave us different options on designs. But I asked him to make exactly the way my original one was.

I wish I can give this location a 10 starts. Super welcoming place, they advise you and share everything the know so you take the best decision. I’m from Miami, and I actually will bring my gf to California just so she gets her ring here at this location, I feel like I belong to this place for years, Samuel made me feel very welcome and satisfied with my purchase. I was fortunate to inherit my grandma’s wedding ring after she passed. I held on to it for years, waiting to meet “that special someone.”

A few weeks before Christmas, I went to Modern Jewelers, ring in hand–with my special someone. Sam was warm, friendly, and helpful. We had some ideas for the new setting, but ultimately Sam introduced us to a style we hadn’t seen yet that would both show off and protect our precious stone. Most importantly, he listened to us and our tastes, and helped us find the setting that we didn’t know we wanted yet.

After we made our decision, Sam went to work on our custom order. He moved heaven and earth to have it ready before Christmas–allowing me to give my now-fiance a Christmas present she’ll never forget.

I came in to have my ring resized. I was already skeptical because upon doing my research, jewelers don’t recommend resizing semi-eternity rings (mine had diamonds about 3/4 of the band, not to mention-elaborate setting). Still, I wanted to ask. I’m glad I came across Sam because not only was he super pleasant and helpful, he is very knowledgeable as well. I’ve had my ring for a long time, so it’s very worn out-Sam polished and cleaned it, even added more gold and it looks brand new! For me, it’s a little intimidating to go into a jewelry store, but I felt so welcome as soon as a walked into Modern Jewelers. Maria showed me around the store and I tried on a few rings before I found the beautiful ring I purchased. Sam talked to me about the ring style and the diamond quality. It needed to be sized larger and Sam could have charged me for the gold he would need for the sizing, but he waived the cost. He told me the ring would be ready in two weeks.

Sam had the ring wrapped in tissue for my unveiling, so fun! He did an amazing job of finishing the band after sizing; it is not visibly evident that it was sized. I can see that he takes care in his workmanship. While I was there, they offered to clean my other jewelry. Sam likes to photograph his customers and their new jewelry. He made me laugh during the process and now I realize I probably should have removed the gum from my mouth!

A few weeks after being proposed to I quickly realized my ring would need some resizing so I sent my info & a photo over to Modern Jewelers requesting a quote and was responded to within an hour at an extremely reasonable price. Where to start? I had been shopping and looking at over 20 different stores when I came across Sam’s place. From the moment I walked in, I was welcomed with open arms and gratitude for visiting the location. He didn’t pressure me with any sales, obviously I was shopping for a ring, but at no point did he insist on anything. He simply wanted to get to know me first. When I showed him what I was looking for, he brought me every possibility and combination to create or find the perfect ring for my Fiance. When I was finally able to bring my Fiance into the store, he treated her even better. He wanted to hear all about the engagement, the ring wasn’t even brought up until the story telling was over. When he did ask, it was to get it resized and cleaned ASAP so she could wear it proudly every day. My now fiancé and I had the most amazing experience with them from the very first time we walked in the door.  Sam was extremely patient, and was willing to bring in as many diamonds as it took for us to find the perfect one that really spoke to me. He also provided us with multiple drawings of what he was thinking for both the engagement ring and the custom wedding band to go with it (we designed them both together at the same time), and was incredibly receptive to our feedback, often changing the drawings in front of our very eyes to reflect our preferences.

I have very limited knowledge when it comes to Jewelry so when looking around for work on my wife’s anniversary rings which are family heirlooms I was struggling a bit. I was referred to Modern Jewelers by a co-worker, who was referred by another co-worker, and so on, because everyone spoke so highly of Sam and the service he provides. I am so glad I took their advice and came to Sam, as I could not have had a better experience. My engagement ring was missing a side diamond and was in need of a re-size. Sam made the entire process so easy. He went above and beyond to fix my ring and pointed out issues with the ring shape caused by a previous jeweler I had been to. They finished all the repairs in only a couple of days, and when I came back to pick up my ring it looked brand new. He even took professional pictures of the ring for me and gave me a nice holiday treat.

I am SHAMEFULLY late writing this review. I used Modern Jewelers to do an insurance repair of a set of rings that I had snapped & also had missing diamonds. Sam & Co were great about explaining the process and keeping in touch. After I dropped off the ring initially, I got jittery and nervous and called back and spoke with a lady (can’t remember her name) who eased my worries. The repair was perfect, and they also resized it for me which was appreciated. Sam advised me to bring it in once a year for a cleaning. Would absolutely use them again & recommend to others.

My wife and I first came across Modern Jewelers through Yelp. We saw all the great reviews and the convenient location for us, so we decided to visit. Who knew that they would eventually be part of our journey, from our engagement to finally getting married. We initially went to get an opinion on making a custom engagement ring for my wife. Sam and his team were warm and friendly. They made us feel comfortable and at ease. We decided to have my wife’s engagement ring custom made at MJ, using a loose sapphire stone we had. Sam made the the whole process seamless and her finished ring looked beautiful. After such a great experience, we returned to MJ to get both our wedding bands made. I went for the simple white tungsten carbide band and we replicated the band from my wife’s engagement ring (without the setting). Once again we were very happy with the finished look of the bands. I cannot express enough  how absolutely amazing Sam and every one at Modern Jewelers is!!

Sam was extremely attentive and listened to what we were envisioning and wanted to use as much of what we currently had to make our ring. He sat with us and pulled a bunch of different styles, configurations and even drew out pictures of a few ideas to help us decide what we were looking for.
Once we decided he drew up a computer generated image within a week and upon our approval he was able to complete it within another week! Such a quick turnaround, it was so refreshing!

The ring itself is everything I have been looking for! It’s so gorgeous and love the fact it has a ying/yang feature because my fiancé and I definitely have a push pull supportive relationship. PLUS, it has the sentiment that it was created from my beloved family rings.

Where do I even begin! I had a loose diamond I was looking to have set for an engagement ring. I’ve contacted several jewelers, but none of them gave me the reassurance I needed. After this long search, I finally stumbled upon Sam at Modern Jewelers. I requested a quote and he was quick to call me to gather the details I wanted in the engagement ring. I already sensed this may be the spot.

Turns out it was! Sam is a master at his craft and is very knowledgeable. He asked me questions I didn’t expect to get, but it played a large factor in making my decision for a setting. I initially showed him a flower halo setting, but quickly broke down the pros and cons of it. His goal was to make me something that would last a lifetime, and he did just that. The quality and integrity of the engagement ring he had made for me exceeded my expectations and even made my diamond appear much larger than it was.

My engagement ring: I constantly see people catching their eye on my engagement ring (not married yet!) and they frequently comment on how my ring is absolutely stunning and one of a kind. I have a combination of diamonds and purple sapphires that Sam sought after to create my perfect ring. All sapphires are the same color, which is hard to find since they are real.

That is the value of the experience here. He will offer his expert opinion, but at the end of the day, it is your ring forever and he will provide excellent/quality work. Every time we walk into the store Sam takes my ring to get cleaned. I really appreciate that.

Overall, we are very happy with our rings and cannot wait for the big day! I suggest going to a local jeweler first before the big chain diamond stores.

My fiancé and I have known Sam for a few months now since he made us our beautifully crafted, custom engagement ring, and during this time he has been so incredibly professional, attentive, caring, and just a joy to be around.

Nearing my 6 months checkup and cleaning, I had a work accident where I fell on the concrete and scratched the platinum on my band. I was devastated. We went back to Sam and he said not to worry he would get it fixed like new. That was all the assurance I needed. Sure enough, in just a couple weeks he had the ring sanded and refinished by a trusted professional who specializes in platinum – and it was absolutely perfect again. Sam cleaned and polished the ring too. And all for free! Didn’t charge us a penny.

Sam also helped us pick out my fiancé’s beautiful, custom wedding band (to match my own wedding band that we had previously purchased from Sam) and we picked it up along with my engagement ring!

I couldn’t be happier with the entire experience from start to finish at Modern Jewelers.  I went in knowing roughly what I wanted but Sam helped it become the perfect ring.  He bent over backwards to accommodate me in every way possible (price point, quality, fast turn around, texting me pictures upon request, opening early for me to pick up the ring the day of, etc).  I couldn’t have done this without them.  

To top it all off, his prices on certified diamond engagement rings easily match those online or at discount stores but come with trustworthy expert who only wants to make the couple as happy as can be.

My wife lost the ruby from her wedding ring so we checked Yelp and found Modern Jewelers with a 5 star rating. We went and were greeted by the very friendly staff. Sam came out and we were immediately comfortable with his expertise. He went over our options and came up with a beautiful ruby to replace the lost stone. This completely ended our sense of loss over the original stone. Sam let us know about free cleaning and inspection every 6 months. The prongs holding the new ruby are more secure. We love the service and feel we have made new friends.

Sam is awesome!

My wife and I had been looking for a jeweler who can help make the custom ring we imagined a reality for a couple months. While many of the reps we spoke to were nice, they were either not very responsive or their price to customize our ring was more than we were comfortable spending.

But then we found Sam at Modern Jewelers! By the time we met him, we were less than a month away from our wedding day. When Sam found out, he worked double time to help us finalize our design, pick out some amazing lab stones (which were even better than what we requested but still within our budget), and had the finished ring ready for us in time for our ceremony. It was a great experience.

As an extra plus, Sam is also a great photographer and took some great reaction shots and pictures of our ring (some of which I attached here).

We just wished we went to Modern Jewelers sooner. Thanks Sam and the rest of the team!

I got engaged recently, and my fiancé picked out the most perfect and beautiful emerald cut solitaire ring. Perfect as it was for me, it just needed a little TLC since it was an older ring. I took it to Sam and I’m so glad that I did!

Sam made me feel comfortable immediately, and he looked closely at my ring to give me advice about what would really bring out my ring, including a rhodium plating, a professional cleaning, and adjustments to the setting to prevent snagging/prevent the stone from getting loose. The pricing he quoted me was very reasonable, and he mentioned that he would take care of my future ring maintenances too. So very generous and caring.

Absolutely recommend this place! I came here to create custom earrings for my wedding. I wanted to use the diamonds from the earrings my dad gave my mom on their wedding day, so I was a little nervous to trust someone with something so meaningful. I had a terrific experience with Sam, the manager of Modern Jewelers. My girlfriend and I decided recently to give each other promise rings as a symbol of commitment and growing love.

Not once did I feel pressured into anything. He was quite fair with pricing and took photos of us that had a professional quality. With other jewelers I did not feel the same level of attention. My girlfriend wanted an opal and was quite pleased with what Sam put together as it was exactly what she asked for.

I am considering going back soon to get a wrist watch. His prices are good and he takes his time with clients. I can tell he is a busy man but I never felt rushed. I encourage you to see Sam for your jewelry and watch needs.

Sam is an awesome person with a great personality and his work is top notch. We were driving through Rolling Hills Plaza when I noticed his business, my fiancé needed her ring resized, so we decided to stop by and check it out. When we first walked in through the door we were greeted like family so i knew we were in good hands. Not only did he resize it but he added more diamonds and created a beautiful ring guard. Sam is exceptional! I found his store on Yelp and decided to give Modern Jewelers a try. My fiancé and I went in to see if we could get my engagement ring and two other bands resized, which we purchased from an online jeweler, to prevent them from sliding around on my finger. Sam recommended that instead of getting them resized, he could connect the two bands together and allow my engagement ring to fit perfectly in the middle of the two bands while still allowing me to remove my engagement ring if I wanted to. I absolutely loved that idea and agreed. Sam went above and beyond with my rings! Not only did he do a seamless job connecting the two bands, but he also polished all three of my rings, making them look flawless. I still can’t get over the sparkle! My rings fit better than over! They no longer slide around on my finger and the best part is my engagement ring sits perfectly in the center without any gaps. My fiancé and I are thrilled with our experience at Modern Jewelers!

After receiving a ring from an online retailer that was truly sub-par, I began reaching out to local jewelers to see if they could make the same ring in higher quality. I called at least 5 different shops, and visited several others, before deciding to see Sam here at Modern Jewelers, and it was the best decision I could have made! Not only did he have his Master Craftsman (important term) do a BEAUTIFUL duplication of what we wanted, but he was able to truly customize it even further to make the PERFECT engagement ring for my fiancé. On top of that, he really went above and beyond in meeting some deadlines for us, and really just being honest and helpful in every way imaginable. He even put his photography skills to work and snapped a few shots of us “in the moment”. I feel very lucky to have found this place, and will certainly be returning.

The ABSOLUTE BEST customer service! I needed to get a bracelet resized after a not-so-great experience with a previous jeweler. Sam(the owner) took one look at my bracelet and knew it was too large for me. He took it in and resized it for me. After a week, I got a call to pick it up. But, it was still a bit large for my liking. I wanted it to stack perfectly with my other bracelet. Without hesitation, Sam took it in again and made sure to size it perfectly for my liking – with no additional charge!! Covid has made everything I own shrink. For some reason nothing fits any more. Sigh. Ok ok. So I’ve had a case of the pandemic 10-15ish. My family and I had a fantastic and memorable experience shopping at Modern Jewelers. We shopped for a bracelet for my grandmother’s birthday, and Sam helped us find a beautiful gold bracelet with a large clasp that my grandmother can open easily. The bracelet was too small for her wrists and so we asked Sam to add a few links. Since adding the links would cause the gift to be ready after my grandmother’s birthday, Sam had the great idea of taking pictures of everyone and the bracelet so that there would still be a gift to give while the bracelet was worked on. My grandmother was so thrilled with the pictures! When the bracelet was ready, Sam asked for the whole family to come pick it up together and he took more pictures. So my grandmother not only got a beautiful bracelet, she also got lovely pictures of the whole family. She still talks about her special experience at Modern Jewelers. My fiancé has been buying me jewelry from Sam for a while now, so when it was time to buy an engagement ring he took me in to meet the man. I had a great time trying on all the rings. Sam shared lots of information and great stories, had me laughing the whole time. We picked out a beautiful ring with Sam’s guidance. Sam had it specially made to fit my finger. I never wear rings because it is so hard to find them in my size. Sam was able to size my finger, and the ring fits perfectly, not to big and not too small. I was a little worried because I have fingers that taper quite a bit. So the ring was ready in a couple weeks,. When we picked it up we had a mini photo session, which was also lots of fun. Sam got some great pictures, and shared them with us. I love my engagement ring so much, it is well made and very comfortable to wear. I have received lots of compliments too. Thank you fellow Yelpers for steering me to Modern Jewelry Mart. The owner Sam is a fantastic, warm and friendly man. When I found this business on Yelp, I messaged them to get a estimate on fixing a diamond I knocked out of my eternity band and lost in a rollerblading accident. He replied the next day with rough numbers and told me to come on in. I got a few estimate from other companies, but I went with Sam because he was the only jeweler to comment on the high quality of the stones and the need for a master jeweler who knew platinum. I felt very comfortable with his knowledge. When I picked up my ring Sam informed me that my serial number and Cartier insignia were clear and intact. He warned that some jewelers will over polish and destroy the inner serial number. I did not know that. His price is very reasonable, and the works is flawless. My 8 year old ring looks brand new!! He encouraged me to come in twice a year to have my stones checked and cleaned for free. He really takes care of his clients. AND we got an impromptu photo shoot. The pics turned out great =). Finally found a jewelry store I can trust. Prior to turning in my wife’s engagement ring to replace a prong, Sam had me inspect my ring with a magnifying glass to identify my wife’s diamond (so that I would know the same diamond was being returned to me). I really appreciated that extra step. He also offered to clean the ring and return it to me before Christmas. A few days later my ring was ready and looked brand spanking new! I had actually forgotten how beautiful the ring was in its original condition. I can’t wait to surprise my wife. So happy to find this business as all the workers look like they really enjoy what they do as they seemed excited for my wife’s surprise.

I have a pair of Bada Grace eye glass frames that have intricate little leaves on them. I love them. I have had them since the early 90s. Last November, one side piece broke off right at
the hinge. I took it to my optometrist for repair but was distressed to hear that they were not repairable. I called a friend (in the O.C.) who is an optometrist and asked her if indeed they were not repairable and she said even if I were able to find someone to reattach the side piece, “I wouldn’t like it.”

3 months later, I found myself thinking there has to be someone who can fix my Bada glasses. It occurred to me then, to try a jewelry repair shop. After reading Yelp reviews, it was clear that there was only one place to try, Modern Jewelers.

Sam was just as others had written: accommodating and attentive. At first, though, he said he could not fix my glasses – he had never repaired eye glasses before – but after I asked if he could try, he said with conviction, “Okay, I will try.”

Sam was able to repair my treasured Bada glasses. He said he surprised himself.

After spending a day going to various jewelers around the south bay, we had not found any options that perfectly matched our tastes and budget. I bought a very inexpensive ring at another store because I fell in love with the design and took it to Modern Jewelers to ask Sam to make the replica of the ring with real diamonds and 14 karat gold. I wanted the band of the ring to be very thin like the original one but he recommended I should go a little thicker on the band or it might be too fragile and break. Also in order to save some money for now, I was going to use the stone from the original, inexpensive ring. Sam suggested I replace the center stone with a real London topaz as I was already going through so much work. He said he wanted to do these adjustments because since I wanted a custom ring done, it should be done well so it could become a family heirloom and last for generations to come. I went with his recommendations. Few days later Sam called me to let me know that the ring was ready for pick up. Oh my goodness!!!! The ring was exactly the same design as the original but only better!!! With the gold and high quality diamonds and London blue topaz, the ring was absolutely amazing!!!!

Where do I begin. My boyfriend wanted to give me a Promise Ring…we’ve both been married before and he wanted to give me something special to show his commitment and desire to growing love again.

I wanted an opal. I imagined an opal with halo diamonds. I had a very clear idea of what I would LOVE. We went to a few jewelry shops in the South Bay. We walked into Modern Jewelers and were greeted by Sam. Sam gave us the ‘white glove’ hospitality like we’ve not experienced at the other places. Sam is such a warm person who generously shares sage advice about life, love, and jewelry. He is also a skilled jeweler with impeccable taste. Believe what you read Yelpers, Sam is the real deal. So much so, it’s hard to fit this review into the context of a Yelp review. Excellent customer service. Absolutely true, but feels strange to say about a friend or family member, and that’s how welcomed Sam will make you feel at Modern Jewelers. The first surprise engagement ring my (now) husband selected for me was much too big, so we went to Modern Jewelers together for resizing. Once there, Sam welcomed me, and saw that the ring I’d brought in was perhaps not the right style for me. He asked me about my ring preferences and took time to understand us as a couple. He carefully curated a selection of styles and diamonds to show us. What started out as a ring resizing turned into a completely different custom ring, handcrafted by Sam. Sam made every effort to ensure that the ring buying process was stress-free and reflective of our pivotal moment. My relationship with Modern Jewelers began in 2003. My husband desired that I finally choose a wedding ring setting for our 10-year anniversary. (A temporary setting was used for the engagement and never replaced.) After explaining my concerns and describing my style preferences, Sam sketched and presented a design concept. Modern Jewelers is wonderful, and I’ve been telling everyone I know about Sam and his team since they helped me and my fiance create a custom engagement ring and men’s wedding band. Intrigued by the plethora of stellar reviews here and on Google, my fiance and I went to Modern Jewelers for the first time expecting only to look around before heading over to some other jewelers to do the same. But Sam dove right into understanding our preferences, and he created two engagement ring designs for us to consider. Sam is THE BEST. My fiance and I both wanted to propose to each other and design each other custom rings without the other seeing. Sam helped us each separately, while keeping the rings all secret from the other! I came in with a color pencil drawing and idea of how I wanted my fiance’s ring to look, and Sam helped me bring this vision to life. The ring looks almost exactly like what I pictured, but better. My fiance brought Sam loose heirloom stones from his grandmother and a rendering of his vision for my ring, and again, Sam helped him to design the perfect custom ring using the stones. Both rings are so unique, stunning, and perfectly made. We both had very unique and unusual requests and asked for salt and pepper diamonds and Sam sourced them quickly and gave us amazing options to choose from. He never shied away from our unusual ideas! He is truly an artist, as well as such a fun and genuine person to work with. Every visit to his store was so much fun and he made the whole process so enjoyable. He really involved us in the process, from editing our drawings to creating wax molds or CAD renderings to review with us. He took professional photos at every visit and we have those memories of designing each others’ rings forever! I cannot recommend him highly enough!

From the moment I walked into the store and met Sam, I felt at ease knowing that he was going to exceed my expectations. He took my idea and crafted a custom one-of-a-kind engagement ring that was absolutely stunning. Even the puppy approved!

When my mother handed down her precious diamond wedding ring my father gave her, I wanted to be able to wear the ring but knew it needed to be re-set because of the outdated style. After reading a ton of reviews on Yelp I decided to take a chance on Modern Jewelers. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed by Sam. He was attentive to my expectations of what I envisioned the new setting to be. In a matter of minutes he understood my style and pulled out a ring that was perfect! When I returned to pick up the finished ring, I was speechless. The new setting along with my mother’s pear diamond was ABSOLUTELY BREATHTAKING!!!

The moment I walked in I met Sam and told him what size, quality, and price point of diamond I wanted. He immediately knew which of his stock fit my description. He didn’t push me to buy anything, he simply let his products shine, told me what I needed to know about them, and stood back.

I came back to seek his input on designing a custom engagement ring, and I’m glad I did. Sam has decades of experience designing rings, so he knew right away which elements would look good, and which elements would make the ring more or less durable. I showed him a drawing and some example pictures for inspiration. He provided an accurate timeline of when to expect the ring. He also provided a fair price quote, which he stuck to even when we had to go back and change some elements of the ring. Within 1-2 weeks he had a CAD image ready. He texted me pictures of the image as it was being designed. A week later the wax mold was completed. A few weeks after that, the ring was made and the engraving was complete. Along the way, Sam took photographs to document my experience, and after the proposal he also did a little photoshoot with me and my new fiance.

Sam provided 5 star, honest, friendly, unforgettable service. Engagement ring shopping can be tough on a budget, but at Modern Jewelers you will get what you pay for, and more.

I don’t even know where to start — Sam is so amazing and has gone far beyond our expectations. We found Modern Jewelers on Yelp, and decided to go after seeing all of the great reviews. I really wanted an engagement ring with pink on it but I had no idea what I actually wanted. Sam took the time to walk us through all of his ideas, going as far as coloring an actual ring with a marker and showing different design options with the pink. A few weeks later, he had some pink sapphires to show us and we were honest that I was hoping for a lighter pink, which Sam had a feeling about (since he knows exactly what he is doing!). He then went out and found the perfect shade, and elegantly incorporated them into the engagement ring. From start to finish Sam has been such a delight to work with and is genuinely interested in helping his customers. We had to go back and get the ring resized, which only took a few days and it came back shining like it was brand new — it now fits perfectly. I highly recommend Sam and we will be returning in the future!

“Show me a picture of her.” he says. “I want to get it right.” He knew exactly what to bring me and I was immediately pleased. It was amazing that I didn’t have to spend a fortune to get high quality diamonds.

I’m definitely not an expert, but I felt more like one by the time I left there. I learned a lot and had a great time doing so. But the best part was definitely Sam. He was funny, charismatic, and kind.

Sam is the absolute best! My fiancé and I were looking to create a custom ring with a family heirloom diamond. Within the first 10 minutes of meeting with Sam he had drawn out a sketch and explained his process from the design, to the caliber of diamonds to the setting and the pricing. Once we handed him the ring it was first class service the whole way through. He was in constant contact with us. He let us know where he was in the design process and had us come in for a wax molding just to make sure we were completely satisfied. When we got the finished product, the look on my fiancés’ face said it all. This is the ring she will have FOREVER! Custom design, with a family diamond. We couldn’t be happier.
